Step 1: Selecting the Best Hides

The process starts long before a sewing machine is turned on. It starts with the raw material. We believe that you cannot make a premium product from low-quality leather.

Our experts visit local markets and tanneries to hand-select the best hides. We mostly work with:

• Sheepskin and Lambskin: Perfect for soft, fashion-forward jackets.

• Cowhide: Used for rugged, durable gear that needs to last a lifetime.

• Goatskin: A great middle ground that is both tough and flexible.

We look for "full-grain" leather. This means the top layer of the hide is left natural. It hasn't been sanded down or covered with heavy plastic coatings. This ensures the jacket stays breathable and develops a beautiful "patina" (a natural shine) over the years.

Step 2: The Tanning Process

Once the hides are selected, they go to the tannery. This is where raw skin is turned into leather that won't spoil. In our process, we focus on clean tanning.

In Pakistan, we use advanced methods to ensure the leather is soft and the colors are deep. The leather is dyed all the way through. This is called "aniline" dyeing. It means that if you accidentally scratch your jacket, the color underneath is the same as the surface. It’s a sign of a truly high-quality product.

Step 3: Pattern Making and Precision Cutting

After the leather is ready, it arrives at our cutting floor. This is where the "art" really happens.

Unlike cheap brands that use big machines to cut 50 jackets at once, we do things differently. Our master cutters lay out each hide individually. They look for the natural "stretch" of the skin.

• They make sure the grain of the leather on the left sleeve matches the grain on the right sleeve.

• They avoid any natural marks that might weaken a seam.

Every piece is cut by hand using sharp blades and metal templates. This precision ensures that when you put on the jacket, it hangs perfectly on your body.

Step 4: The Skill of Stitching

Now, the pieces move to the stitching department. This is the most difficult part of the process. Sewing leather is much harder than sewing a t-shirt.

In leatherwork, there is a "one-shot" rule. Because the needle leaves a permanent hole in the leather, the tailor cannot make a mistake. If the line isn't straight, the whole piece of leather must be thrown away.

Our tailors in Pakistan are some of the best in the world. They use heavy-duty industrial machines and high-strength nylon thread. They reinforce "stress points" like the armpits and pockets so that the seams don't rip, even after years of heavy use.

Step 5: Adding the "Jewelry" (Hardware)

A jacket is only as good as its smallest parts. We call the zippers, snaps, and buttons the "jewelry" of the jacket.

We use:

• YKK Zippers: The world leader in zipper quality. They glide smoothly and don't catch.

• Stainless Steel or Brass Snaps: These won't rust or break off.

• Premium Linings: We use materials like silk-satin or breathable cotton so the jacket feels just as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

Step 6: Quality Control—The Final Check

Before a jacket is packed and sent to you, it must pass a strict inspection. In our Pakistan facility, our quality control team checks every single inch.

1. The Seams: Are they straight and strong?

2. The Hardware: Do the zippers move easily? Do the snaps click firmly?

3. The Finish: Is the color consistent across the whole jacket?

4. The Measurements: Does it match the exact size on the label?

If a jacket has even a small loose thread, it is sent back to be fixed. We only ship perfection.
