C: Chest: This measurement is taken just below your chest, under the arms, around the body.

D: Waist: Measure around your body at your natural waist, usually 6 cm below your navel.

E: Height: Stand next to a wall, place a flat object horizontally on your head and mark where it touches the wall, then measure the distance from the floor to the mark.
